What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All prices are listed in USD.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Florida.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free UPS ground delivery shipping within the continental United States on all purchases. Orders to be delivered outside the continental United States will ship for a flat-rate fee which is noted on the individual product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Anything shipped outside the continental United States will require shipping charges as noted on individual product pages, and may incur duties and other fees upon arrival at the destination port.
Are the shipments insured?
Of course. All items are shipped with parcel insurance.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 days and we will work with you and the shipping company to remedy the situation.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all items within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of payment, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Upon shipment, the shipping information and tracking number will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delivery times once the item has been shipped as this is at the shipper’s discretion and, in case of international delivery, can be subject to customs delays, weather, holidays and/or other circumstances.
Will my purchase ship safely?
We share your concern and would hate to see anything happen to a piece of history. Therefore, we take great pride in our expert fine arts packing. Each item is carefully wrapped and double boxed for maximum safety. We take great care to ensure that all items are well-packed to protect against any damage that might occur during shipping.
All items are shipped with insurance. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 days and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
What are you doing to help reduce environmental impact?
All items are expertly and sustainably packed. We engage in sustainable shipping practices and reduce consumer waste by using recycled packing materials whenever we can.
What additional shipping services do you provide?
We offer complementary door-to-door delivery to the Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami areas. Some items may be available for door-to-door delivery in New York City, please inquire. We offer personal installation services to help situate your artwork in its new home. Please contact us prior to checking out to inquire about our white glove services.
Can I return my item?
Everything we have is even more stunning in person. However, we offer returns on all purchases. Returns must be requested within 2 days of receipt of the item, and items must be shipped back and received by Artistoric within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items must be shipped with insurance and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. You will be refunded upon our receipt of the item.
Please note, Artistoric is not responsible for refunding lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact email@example.com.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, we will provide you with the shipping information and tracking number upon shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations are only accepted before the item has been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure that all items are well-packed to protect against any damage that might occur during shipping. However, accidents happen. If your item was damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and provide us with pictures of the damaged item and packaging. You must notify us within 2 days regarding a damaged delivery. We will do anything we can to remedy problems occurring from faulty deliveries but cannot be held responsible if we have not been notified within the required time period.
What should I do if my package is missing or lost?
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please report your lost shipment to the shipper. If necessary, we can assist you in dealing with this in front of the package carrier.
We only collect the personal information you choose to provide. When you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter some of your personal information is required. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may visit our site anonymously by declining to engage in any of these interactions.
The information you provide us may be used in any of the following ways:

We employ a variety of measures to protect your personal information when it is submitted to our site. The payment gateway provider is required by law to keep this information confidential. We do not store any financial information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) on our servers. The personal information we do store on our servers (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is protected by standard industry-wide security measures. Compromising the security measures employed by us or by our payment gateway provider is punishable by law.
If you feel that you have been the victim of fraudulent purchase activity through our site, please contact your bank (or related financial institution) immediately. Unless instructed not to by your financial institution, contact us next. If the questionable transaction is “pending” there is a chance we can cancel it before any money has been exchanged. If the payment has been processed, please contact us so that we can put a hold on it before it gets shipped. We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, inclusive of contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
