Emulating the mesmerizing marbled surface of a precious gemstone, these Wedgwood agate ware plant pots expertly mimic a precious material on a quotidian object. The pots were made during the Wedgwood & Bentley period of the factory and, underneath the agate slip, feature a delicate creamware body, the material for which the company became famous.

Excellent. One pot with some hairline cracks on base around drainage hole. Traces of original gilding around checkered rims.
